The features, says Ana-Maria, are a real strength and selling point: “The Agency-defined fields are really helpful as they accommodate our billing and reporting requirements. Instead of having to write a whole description for each invoice, you just use the drop-down menu and select what applies to you. It saves a lot of time.”
